Women make up 58% of �ϰ��ſ�����'s Biological, Physical and Health Sciences faculty, and their successes range from groundbreaking research to greater inclusivity in STEM fields.

This year’s conference will be “Immigration and the American Dream,” with discussions focused on the challenges and opportunities faced by those seeking a better life in the United States both in the past and present.

Ayala-Bermejo will speak to her work to address the migrant crisis in the city, highlighting the idea that every single one of us can make a difference.
